Where do we deliver?

Brevard County cities including:
Melbourne, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge and surrounding areas.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is free delivery within 15 miles of SYC&S ( Suntree/Viera/Melbourne)
Any delivery outside of 15 miles of 32940, $25 charge will apply. (Google Maps used to determine distance)

How far in advance should an order be placed?

For Yard Cards... We appreciate at least 48 hours notice to ensure inventory is available, before you’d like the sign placed. Rush fee applies for all bookings within 48 hours.

For Storks...We appreciate at least 24 hours notice. Book or Call SYC&S as soon as baby is born.

Do you take reservations for the storks?

No, we do not take reservations. As we know, babies come on their own time! To keep up with inventory, we rent as needed and as available.

When will the sign be delivered?

For Yard Cards...Delivery Dates (Mon-Fri: After 6pm, the day BEFORE the occasion, pickup after 6pm the next day) (Sat-Sun: Delivery before 12pm the day OF occasion, and pickup by 12pm the next day) PLEASE BOOK ON YOUR DELIVERY DATE, not occasion date if different.

For Storks...We will try to have the birth announcement signs delivered before the new baby comes home. This is dependent on when we are contacted with an order. Deliveries Mon-Fri: After 6pm

Where will you place the sign in the yard?

We try to place the signs where they are visible from the road. If you a a placement preference, please let us know when ordering.

What time do you deliver your yard signs?

We deliver after 6pm Monday-Friday, and before 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We try not deliver after dark, for the safety of everyone. Please notify us any time preferences.

What color vinyl do you use on the baby bundle, stars, and birthday message plaques?

We will use blue or pink vinyl on the bundles and plaques, to coordinate with the stork and black vinyl for the baby's name and stats.

How long your yard signs stay in the yard?

For Yard Cards...The rental period is typically 22-24 hrs. Additional days are available for purchase.

For Storks...The rental period is 5 days from delivery. I.e. Stork delivered Monday, it will be picked on Friday.

What is your area of service? Do you deliver signs for display on the property of commercial business locations?

We service Melbourne, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Cocoa, Satellite Beach, Lake Washington, Indiatlantic, West Melbourne, North Palm Bay, and surrounding areas!! Yes, we will deliver to commercial locations as long as there is grass for installation.

How do I order? How do I pay?

You can order via our website, calling or texting 321-405-2825 or email splendidyardcards@gmail.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is required to be added to our calendar.

What is your refund policy?

All bookings are final. We will do our best to get you rescheduled. Refunds provided in severe weather. See Terms. Storks: We will refund if the sign has not been made or placed.

Please note

Please do not move our signs. Any damage to our signs will be the responsibility of the renter.
Please do not remove the SYC phone number/business sign – this is how others can find out how to rent a sign of their own.
Please be sure to water your lawn the day prior to install.
All payments must be made in advance to sign being delivered.
We are not responsible for any damage to anyone or any property.
